Return & Refund

As part of our voluntary return policy, we offer you to return the products purchased with us within 30 days, as long as there are no grounds for exclusion, the goods are complete and in the same condition as on receipt. Goods for which you have no right of revocation, can also not be returned within the scope of the voluntary return policy. The articles must be returned to Sportkind, Stettenstrasse 8, Augsburg, Germany. This voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

 

How can I return a product? 


ORDERS WITHIN GERMANY

- Go to www.sportkind.de and log yourself in to "My Account" using your e-mail-address and your password. 
- If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one with your e-mail-adress and the option "Forgot your password?". 
- In your customer account select the button "My orders". 
- Find the relevant order and click in the actions area on "Return". 
- Specify the number of items you want to return and assign a corresponding reason for each article. Now, click on "Next". 
- You can now review your return request, before you click on "Complete". 
- On the next page you can download and print out your free DHL return label and the return form.  
- Please put the return form as well as all articles, that you want to send back, carefully in their original packaging into the parcel. 
- Place the free DHL label on the package and bring it to your next DHL service point.
- You can check the status of your returns at any time in your customer account in the section "My returns". 

 

ORDERS FROM ABROAD (EUROPE WITHOUT SWITZERLAND) 

- Go to www.sportkind.de and log yourself in to "My Account" using your e-mail-address and your password. 
- If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one with your e-mail-adress and the option "Forgot your password?". 
- In your customer account select the button "My orders". 
- Find the relevant order and click in the actions area on "Return". 
- Specify the number of items you want to return and assign a corresponding reason for each article. Now, click on "Next". 
- You can now review your return request, before you click on "Complete". 
- On the next page you can file for the free DHL label by clicking on the accordant link of your country and entering your return data. 
- As next step you can download your return form by clicking on the button "Create return label" and print it out. 
- Please put the return form as well as all articles, that you want to send back, carefully in their original packaging into the parcel. 
- Place the free DHL label on the package and bring it to your next DHL service point.
- You can check the status of your returns at any time in your customer account in the section "My returns".   

 

ORDERS FROM ABROAD (NON-EUROPEAN COUNTRIES AND SWITZERLAND) 

- Go to www.sportkind.de and log yourself in to "My Account" using your e-mail-address and your password. 
- If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one with your e-mail-adress and the option "Forgot your password?". 
- In your customer account select the button "My orders". 
- Find the relevant order and click in the actions area on "Return". 
- Specify the number of items you want to return and assign a corresponding reason for each article. Now, click on "Next". 
- You can now review your return request, before you click on "Complete". 
- As next step you can download your return form by clicking on the button "Create return label" and print it out. 
- Please put the return form as well as all articles, that you want to send back, carefully in their original packaging into the parcel.

Please note the following:
- The return is only free of charge, if you use our DHL return label (customers with shipping address in Germany and Europe without Switzerland).
- We will refund the general shipping costs to customers from Germany and Europe without Switzerland only with a complete withdrawal
- Customers from non-European countries and Switzerland have to bear the reshipment charges by themselves, unless the delivered articles do not correspond with the ordered ones. But if you return one, more or every article of your order, we will refund the already paid shipping costs. So you have to carry the shipping charges only once.  

- Non-prepaid parcels will be accepted by us, but the resulting extra costs will be billed to you. 
- If you want to return articles of multiple parcels, you have to create a return form for every single delivery. But you can then put all articles in one package and send them all back together. 
- Free items, such as bonus articles, must be returned in the case of a complete or partial revocation, if you fall below the minimum order value.
- Please understand that we can only accept unworn articles with label in their original packaging.  



How long will it take to get my refund?

The processing and reimbursement of your return can take up to 5 business days depending on the return volume. 

Offsetting your return: 
The amount refunded will be credited to the payment method orginally used. The general shipping costs, e.g. 5,90€ within Germany, will be refunded only with a complete withdrawal. In the case of a partial revocation, there will be no refund of shipping costs. 


Can I directly exchange items? 

In order to ensure a fast processing of your exchange request, we ask you to place a new order directly in our web shop. So you can also straight away whether your article is in stock in the desired colour and size.

Requests for exchange, that are noted down on the return form or in the comments box, can not be considered.
